Kelly Louro is a fantasy and speculative fiction writer with an MFA in Creative and Professional Writing from William Paterson University. Her work has appeared in MoonLit Getaway, Harvest Moon, Volume Two, and her debut novel, In the Shadow of the City, is currently in development for publication. A business manager by day, Kelly spends her pre-dawn mornings and weekends conjuring fantastical, uncanny, and deeply unsettling worlds.
